Vehicle Technician Opportunity  
  • Location: North Nottinghamshire
  • Salary: £30,000+ Basic (Depending on Experience)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm | 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:00am – 12:00pm
We're recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a well-established, family-run independent garage in North Nottinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step away from the pressures of a PLC or main dealer environment and enjoy a more relaxed, supportive workplace where quality workmanship is valued over targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
  • Perform vehicle inspections and health checks
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
  • Maintain accurate job records and workshop documentation
  • Work collaboratively with the workshop team to deliver excellent customer service
What Our Client Expects:
  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair preferred (not essential with the right experience)
  • At least 2 years' workshop experience
  • Confident carrying out servicing and a broad range of mechanical repairs
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
  • Positive attitude and strong team ethic
  • Full UK Driving Licence
