Our client, one of the UK's leading accident repair groups, is looking to recruit an experienced Panel Beater to join their busy bodyshop in Ilkeston.   • Salary: Up to £53,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus
  • Working Hours: 45 Hours Per Week | Monday to Friday | Flexible Start & Finish Times

Roles and Responsibilities as a Panel Technician:
  • Carry out high-quality panel repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Remove, repair, and replace damaged body panels
  • Assess vehicle damage and determine the correct repair methods
  • Ensure all repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality
  • Maintain accurate repair records and documentation
  • Work closely with the wider bodyshop team to maximise productivity and quality
  • Ensure the workshop remains clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety procedures
What Our Client Expects from Their Panel Technicians:
  • Previous experience as a Panel Technician or Panel Beater within a bodyshop environment
  • Strong knowledge of modern repair techniques and manufacturer repair methods
  • ATA accreditation or equivalent qualifications desirable but not essential
  • High attention to detail and pride in producing first-class repairs
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a busy team
  • Full UK Driving Licence
