Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pm
We’re recruiting for an experienced Used Car Sales Administrator to join a busy and well-established automotive sales team. This is a key role supporting the sales department, ensuring all vehicle administration is processed accurately and efficiently from point of sale through to delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who is looking to build a long-term career within the motor trade in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

- Process all vehicle sales documentation from point of sale through to delivery
- Maintain accurate vehicle stock records and customer files
- Manage finance, warranty, and compliance documentation
- Liaise with customers, finance companies, suppliers, and internal departments
- Support the sales team with general administration and reporting
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Update internal systems and ensure accurate vehicle data is maintained
- Ensure full compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
- Previous administration experience (motor trade experience preferred)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dealer management system experience advantageous but not essential
