  • Luton Accident Repair Centre
  • Up to £56,000 basic (£24 per hour)
  • £65,000+ OTE (Personal Efficiency bonus + Workshop bonus)
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm (some flexibility)
  • Overtime available

Our client, a well-established Accident Repair Centre in Luton, is currently looking for an experienced and qualified Panel Beater to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out high-quality panel repairs on damaged vehicles
  • Remove and replace damaged body panels and components
  • Repair steel and aluminium panels using approved repair methods
  • Realign vehicle body structures and chassis where required
  • Use welding and specialist body repair equipment safely and effectively
  • Prepare repaired panels for the paint process
  • Ensure all repairs are completed to manufacturer and industry standards
  • Identify any additional damage or repair requirements during the repair process
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair or bodyshop environment
  • Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques
  • Experience working with steel and aluminium panels
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality repairs
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop
  • ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential
