Vehicle Technician Opportunity in Coventry
  • Basic: Up to £35,000
  • OTE: £38,000
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, plus Saturdays on a rota basis
Our client is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy and well-equipped dealership in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified technician looking to develop their career with a business that invests in its people through ongoing training, career progression and excellent employee benefits.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnostics to a high standard.
  • Completing work efficiently and accurately, ensuring first-time fix wherever possible.
  • Preparing and maintaining new, used and courtesy vehicles.
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Working collaboratively with fellow technicians and workshop staff.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and organised workshop environment.
What we’re looking for:
  • IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a workshop or dealership environment.
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
  • Full UK driving licence with minimal penalty points.
  • A motivated team player who takes pride in producing high-quality work.
  • MOT Tester licence and hybrid/electric vehicle experience would be advantageous but are not essential.
