MOT Tester Opportunity in Melton Mowbray
  • Basic Salary: Up to £35,000
  • OTE: £40,000
  • Monday to Friday + 1 in 2 Saturdays (with a day off in the week when working Saturday)
Our client is looking for a qualified MOT Tester to join a reputable and professional vehicle service provider in Melton Mowbray. This role is focused solely on Class 4 & 7 MOT testing, ensuring vehicles meet DVSA safety and compliance standards while delivering a high level of customer service.

What you'll be doing:
  • Carrying out Class 4 & 7 MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations
  • Recording test results accurately and completing all required documentation
  • Identifying any repair or maintenance requirements
  • Ensuring all work complies with legal and safety standards
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
  • Delivering excellent customer service throughout the testing process
What we're looking for:
  • Valid Class 4 & 7 MOT Licence (essential)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) preferred
  • Previous experience as an MOT Tester within a main dealer or independent garage
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Full UK Driving Licence
