- Engage in a diverse range of repair services including paint spraying, panel beating, alloy wheel repairs, and more
- Carry out all mechanical and bodywork repairs on allocated vehicles, including fitting and striping of mechanical and body parts such as panels, interiors, gearboxes, engines, suspensions, and wheel alignments
- Fault finding, diagnostic work, and component removal and replacement
- Reassemble vehicles with new or repaired parts, ensuring high-quality standards
- Perform inspections and testing to confirm repairs meet safety and quality standards
- Identify additional faults and advise on repairs in the interests of safety and vehicle performance
- Conduct safe and legal road tests to verify repairs and roadworthiness
- Maintain accurate communication with customers regarding vehicle repairs and status
- Proven experience as a Vehicle MET Fitter, Bodyshop Technician, or similar in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of vehicle electrics, mechanical systems, and body repairs
- Experience with diagnosing faults using modern diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a busy workshop team
- Highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented approach to repairs
- Previous experience working in a multi-make accident repair environment is highly desirable
- Motor trade experience in vehicle repairs and diagnostics is essential
