Our client is looking to recruit a friendly and organised Part Time Service Advisor to join their busy motorcycle dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a range of prestigious motorcycle brands while delivering outstanding customer service in a supportive and professional environment.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Welcoming customers and managing all service and repair enquiries
  • Booking vehicles into the workshop and maintaining accurate records
  • Preparing invoices and communicating repair costs
  • Liaising with the workshop, parts and sales departments
  • Providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
  • Promoting additional servicing and repair work where appropriate
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous Service Advisor or customer service experience within the motor trade
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • A professional and customer-focused approach
