We are currently seeking an experienced MET Technician to join a reputable accident repair specialist in Southport. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled motor trade professionals looking to develop their career within a forward-thinking organisation committed to quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties:
  • Strip and rebuild the mechanical, electrical, and trim components of vehicles to the highest standards
  • Carry out four-wheel alignment checks and adjustments according to manufacturer specifications
  • Ensure vehicles are protected during repair with appropriate safety equipment
  • Work closely with fellow technicians, vehicle damage assessors, and the production team to ensure efficient workflow
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including COSHH and PPE requirements
  • Work with electric vehicles using relevant technical knowledge and skills
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an MET Technician or Auto Electrician with a recognised industry qualification such as IMI/ATA
  • Strong experience of working within a bodyshop environment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Dedicated to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
  • Full UK driving licence is preferred
