  • Position: Vehicle Technician
  • Location: Northampton
  • Salary: OTE Up to £42,000 (Depending on Experience)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:00am – 12:00pm

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a dealership in Northampton.

Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard.
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults efficiently and accurately.
  • Completing repairs within agreed timescales while maintaining quality standards.
  • Conducting vehicle health checks and identifying any additional work required.
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with manufacturer and dealership standards.
  • Maintaining accurate job records and workshop documentation.
  • Delivering excellent customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
  • Previous experience within a franchised dealership or independent workshop.
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving licence.
