- Position: Vehicle Technician
- Location: Northampton
- Salary: OTE Up to £42,000 (Depending on Experience)
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:00am – 12:00pm

Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard.
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults efficiently and accurately.
- Completing repairs within agreed timescales while maintaining quality standards.
- Conducting vehicle health checks and identifying any additional work required.
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Maintaining accurate job records and workshop documentation.
- Delivering excellent customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Previous experience within a franchised dealership or independent workshop.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
- OTE up to £42,000 depending on experience.
