We are currently recruiting for a skilled VDA/Estimator to become an integral part of a busy, accredited repair centre based in Attleborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals seeking a rewarding career in vehicle damage assessment and estimation within a diverse commercial environment.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough inspection and assessment of a variety of damaged vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and regulatory standards
  • Utilise estimating platforms such as Audatex to prepare accurate repair estimates
  • Source and understand correct repair methods and technical data using recognised platforms
  • Identify and account for supplementary works required during the repair process
  • Collaborate with the workshop supervisor to ensure smooth operational flow
  • Assist the Parts Supervisor to minimise issues through efficient ordering and receipt of parts
  • Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent attention to detail in a busy environment
  • Apply technical knowledge, including industry experience and estimating skills, to deliver high-quality assessments
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning about new repair techniques and vehicle types, including EV and hybrids
Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator
  • Familiarity with estimating platforms, preferably Audatex
  • Strong understanding of vehicle repair methods and technical data sourcing
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a pressurised environment
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Valid VDA qualification is advantageous but not essential
  • Experience with electric and hybrid vehicles is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Own transport is required due to limited public transport access to the location
