We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join a reputable workshop in Bury St Edmunds.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Technician looking to develop their career within a well-established brand known for quality and customer satisfaction.

The Technician will be responsible for delivering high standards of vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring customer vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.

Duties:
  • Conducting vehicle servicing and repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure workshop efficiency
  • Adhering to health and safety standards at all times
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Technician in the motor trade
  • Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive approach to work and a desire for continuous professional development
