Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager Opportunity in Bristol
  • Salary: Highly competitive basic salary, pending experience, plus additional bonus related bonuses up to £28,000 per annum
  • Hours: 5-day/40-hour week with no weekends!

Due to an internal promotion, a not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Sales Manager at our client's franchise approved van dealership in Bristol!

Reporting to the senior management team and responsible for a dedicated team of van sales staff, your key job objectives will include:
  • Leading, coaching, and supporting the sales team to consistently meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Championing outstanding customer satisfaction by ensuring best practices are followed, and customer feedback is valued.
  • Creating and delivering engaging sales events and campaigns that generate strong commercial results.
  • Staying in tune with customer needs and market trends to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Collaborating with other departments to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data.
To be eligible, you will need to have a proven track record as a Sales Manager within a large franchise-approved car dealership, ideally working with light commercial vehicles. Very strong Car Sales Managers may also be considered. You will become the role model for our client's brands, where the ability to lead by example will be as important as the results you deliver. Delighting customers is what sets our client apart, and being prepared to lead from the front is a key requirement. A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential.
