Vehicle Technician Opportunity in Market Harborough
  • Basic Salary: Up to £40,000 (Depending on Experience) + Bonus
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am – 1:00pm (Paid at Time and a Half)
Our client, a well-established main dealership in Market Harborough, is looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected dealer group offering excellent earning potential, ongoing manufacturer training, and genuine career progression.

What you'll be doing:
  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic equipment
  • Completing vehicle health checks and inspections
  • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Maintaining accurate job cards and workshop documentation
  • Carrying out MOT tests where qualified
  • Supporting workshop productivity while delivering excellent customer satisfaction
What we're looking for:
  • Minimum Level 2 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership or independent workshop
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
  • MOT Licence desirable but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Full UK Driving Licence
