Product Specialist Opportunity in North Bristol
  • Salary: £29,741 per annum plus access to additional bonuses/commission as you progress with the role. 
  • Hours: 45-hour week. Monday to Friday 8:30am-6:00pm and Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm, with a day off in lieu.

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Product Specialist at our client's premium franchise-approved car dealership in North Bristol.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, as a Product Specialist, you will be instrumental in helping customers get excited about our client's cars! With training, you will become the branch expert when it comes to our client's products, so you can help customers make the right choice when they buy a vehicle. You would come in at Level 1, and with a consistent training programme, move through to Level 2 and 3, at which point you would be able to become a fully-fledged Car Sales Executive. This is likely to happen over a 2/3 year period .

Key duties will include: 
  • Listening to customers to help them find the perfect vehicle for them.
  • Helping the marketing team by photographing stock images of vehicles.
  • Preparing the showroom and cars each morning.
  • Organising and accompanying customers on test drives.
  • Understanding the range of vehicles we stock and the relevant manufacturer.
To be eligible, you’ll be an active listener and excellent communicator who adopts a positive attitude with all customers. You’ll get job satisfaction from providing an outstanding service to customers, be as happy working on your own initiative as you are in a team, and have a thirst for knowledge and a desire to learn. A UK driving licence with minimal points is essential.
