Master Technician Opportunity in Coventry
  • Basic Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE
  • OTE: £45,000+
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday with Saturday rota
Are you an experienced Master Technician looking to join a busy, successful main dealer? This is an excellent opportunity to work with the latest Hybrid and EV technology while taking the lead on complex diagnostics and supporting the wider workshop team.

What you'll be doing:
  • Diagnose complex vehicle faults and carry out repairs
  • Complete servicing and maintenance to manufacturer standards
  • Support first-time fix targets and high workshop quality
  • Assist and mentor other technicians
  • Carry out vehicle health checks and identify additional work
  • Keep up to date with the latest Hybrid and EV technology
What we're looking for:
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Previous Master Technician or Senior Diagnostic Technician experience
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Manufacturer accreditation is advantageous
  • Full UK Driving Licence
