We are currently recruiting for the position of Service Advisor on behalf of a well-established automotive dealership based in Finchley, London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join a busy dealership, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth workshop operation.

Duties:
  • Welcome customers and accurately assess their vehicle servicing needs
  • Provide clear explanations of repairs and services required
  • Handle workshop bookings and manage customer appointments efficiently
  • Prepare work-in and work-out timesheets for the workshop team
  • Upsell additional services where appropriate to maximise workshop revenue
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of automotive terminology and repair procedures
  • Reliable and able to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • Full UK driving license
