Senior Vehicle Technician Opportunity in Lutterworth
  • Basic Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 DOE + Bonus
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (Option to take a 30-minute lunch and finish at 5:00pm)
  • No Weekends
Our client, a well-established independent specialist garage in Lutterworth, is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to join their highly skilled workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician with strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities who enjoys tackling more complex repairs while working in a supportive, close-knit environment.

What you'll be doing:
  • Diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical faults
  • Carrying out advanced repairs across a wide range of vehicles
  • Completing servicing and maintenance to a high standard
  • Using modern diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults efficiently
  • Supporting junior technicians where required
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and to the highest standard
  • Maintaining accurate workshop documentation
What we're looking for:
  • Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with strong diagnostic skills
  • Confidence carrying out complex mechanical and electrical repairs
  • Excellent fault-finding ability
  • A proactive approach with pride in producing high-quality work
  • Full UK Driving Licence
