We are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our client's busy team in Poole, Dorset. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service within a fast-paced automotive environment. Our client is looking for a proactive professional to help maintain their high standards and develop their service department.

Benefits

Competitive basic salary up to £32,000 depending on experience
OTE of £36,000 with achievable bonus scheme
Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 6:00PM 
1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8:00AM - 12:00PM

Duties

Greet customers and determine their service needs
Advise customers on vehicle repairs and maintenance services
Prepare accurate and detailed job cards and quotes
Liaise effectively between customers and the workshop team
Maximise sales opportunities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Ensure all service documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner

Requirements

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or equivalent in a motor trade environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and deliver exceptional customer service
Professional attitude with a focus on team collaboration
Full UK driving licence
