We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Parts Advisor to join a reputable dealership in North West London. The successful Parts Advisor will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of parts sales. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to develop their career within the motor trade.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £31,800 per annum
  • OTE potential of approximately £34,000 per year
  • Working hours Monday to Friday 8am to 6.30pm, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Duties:
  • Assisting customers with parts enquiries and sales, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently
  • Managing stock levels and maintaining the parts department
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure parts availability and timely delivery
  • Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in line with company procedures
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade is essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and systems
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
  • A professional attitude and a passion for customer service
