Are you a recently qualified Vehicle Technician eager to launch your career with a respected, family-run service centre in Crawley? Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Vehicle Technician to join their friendly team. If you have recently completed your Level 3 qualification and are ready to develop your skills in a supportive environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

  • Salary negotiable around the £32,000 mark, dependent on experience
  • Monday to Friday working hours with early finishes on Fridays

Duties

  • Servicing a wide range of vehicles, maintaining high standards of workmanship
  • Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults accurately and efficiently
  • Replacing clutches, timing chains, and belts as required
  • Conducting diagnostics and performing general repairs
  • Working independently within a friendly and supportive team environment
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through quality work
Requirements

  • Recent Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or relevant training
  • Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and develop skills
  • Basic understanding of diagnostics and key vehicle components such as clutches and timing belts
  • Reliable, professional, and eager to prove their competency
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
