Are you a skilled Vehicle Technician seeking a new opportunity to advance your career? Our client is currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to join their reputable team in Chelmsford, Essex. If you are passionate about delivering quality workmanship and taking pride in your craft, this could be the perfect role for you.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum
  • OTE of up to £47,000 with performance incentives
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 5pm
  • Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Duties:
  • Carry out vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing in accordance with manufacturer standards
  • Ensure all work is documented accurately and completed within scheduled timeframes
  • Provide professional advice and excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff as required
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role
  • Relevant qualifications such as ATA or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Servicing and Maintenance
  • Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
  • A professional attitude with excellent communication skills
