We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to join a busy dealership in Exeter, Devon. This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your automotive career by leading the aftersales department with confidence and expertise.

Benefits

Competitive basic salary up to £35,000 per annum
Realistic OTE of up to £40,000
Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 6pm

Duties

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the aftersales department
Manage and support Service Advisors to ensure excellent customer service
Ensure departmental targets are met in terms of profitability and efficiency
Maintain strong relationships with customers and manufacturers
Monitor service processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Assist with managing workload and allocating resources effectively

Candidate spec

Previous experience in an assistant or senior service advisor role or similar
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Good understanding of automotive aftersales processes
Motivated self-starter with a customer-focused attitude
Able to work effectively within a team and independently
