- Assist with complex diagnostic procedures and technical repairs
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with industry standards
- Maintain detailed records of diagnostics and repairs performed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Assist with general servicing and repairs as required
- Proven experience as a Diagnostic Technician or similar role, ideally within a dealership environment
- Relevant professional qualifications, such as Level 3 Technician or Master Technician accreditation
- Full UK driving license with no more than six penalty points
- Own tools essential; EV technician certification is a bonus
- Ability to perform complex diagnostics and technical repairs
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Flexibility to commute or relocate, depending on location preferences
