An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workshop Controller to join a professional and well-established automotive business.
  • Location: Leamington Spa
  • Basic Salary: Up to £40,000
  • OTE: £42,500+
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (paid as overtime)
This is a fantastic role for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys leading a busy workshop, supporting technicians and ensuring work is completed efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.

What you'll be doing:
  • Managing and supporting a team of Vehicle Technicians
  • Providing technical support and guidance to the workshop team
  • Liaising with Service Advisors and customers to provide updates on vehicle repairs
  • Producing customer quotations and invoices
  • Managing job cards and workshop schedules
  • Ensuring all workshop activities are completed accurately and efficiently
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or similar leadership role
  • Strong technical background as a Vehicle Technician
  • Excellent computer literacy with experience using a Dealer Management System (DMS)
  • Confident using job cards, invoicing systems, emails and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Full UK Driving Licence
