  • Hours: Monday to Friday with Saturdays on Rota 
Are you a skilled Vehicle Technician seeking a new opportunity in Crawley, West Sussex? Our reputable client, a well-established and rapidly expanding tyre retailer, is looking for a dedicated Service Technician to join their busy workshop. This role provides a fantastic environment for technicians who want to enhance their skills within a growing company committed to quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties:
  • Perform vehicle servicing and mechanical repairs to high standards and safety regulations
  • Assist with tyre fitting, wheel alignments, and relevant adjustments
  • Fit brakes, exhausts, and other mechanical components efficiently and accurately
  • Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner, complying with health and safety regulations
  • Identify additional faults during inspections and communicate findings clearly to customers and management
  • Maintain accurate inspection and repair records
  • Support the team with other workshop duties as required
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostics ability
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points (subject to licence checks)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communicator, able to explain technical issues clearly to customers
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering superb customer service
