We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established dealership in North West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to advance their career within a reputable and supportive environment.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum
  • Potential to earn an OTE of £40,000 with commission and incentives
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 6pm, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Duties: 
  • Greet customers and ascertain their vehicle service needs in a professional manner
  • Provide clear explanations of requested work and prepare accurate job cards
  • Manage service schedules and liaise with workshop technicians to ensure timely vehicle servicing
  • Upsell additional services and maintenance work where appropriate
  • Maintain excellent customer relations through ongoing communication and updates
  • Ensure all service documentation is completed accurately and promptly
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor trade
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional approach
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and technical terminology is advantageous
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence with CRM systems and administrative duties
