We are recruiting for a skilled and experienced Bodyshop Technician to join our client's busy workshop in Loughton, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to join an established team and develop their career within the automotive repair industry.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £37,440 per annum
  • Uncapped bonus scheme with potential to earn up to £60,000 OTE 
  • Overtime opportunities available
  • 40-hour working week with weekends only when required
  • Supportive working environment in a well-equipped workshop
Duties:
  • Carry out efficient and high-quality panel repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Conduct mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) repairs as required
  • Assist with paintwork and finishing tasks when necessary
  • Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bodyshop Technician or similar role
  • Multiskilled with panel beating and MET/auto electrician skills
  • Additional paint experience is desirable but not essential
  • Able to work efficiently within a team and independently
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Flexibility to work weekends when required
