Classic Car Technician Opportunity in Nottingham
  • Basic Salary: Up to £39,500 (Depending on Experience)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday | Full Time
  • No Weekends
Our client, a well-established independent specialist with an outstanding reputation, is looking to recruit an experienced Classic Car Technician to join their highly skilled workshop. Specialising in the restoration, servicing, maintenance, and repair of vintage, classic, and modern Rolls-Royce and Bentley motor cars, this is a rare opportunity for a true enthusiast to work on some of the world's most prestigious vehicles.

The successful individual will be a highly skilled technician with strong engine rebuilding experience, excellent diagnostic ability, and a genuine passion for producing work to the highest possible standard. An interest in classic vehicles is essential, as every vehicle is treated with exceptional care and attention to detail.

What you'll be doing:
  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to an exceptional standard
  • Rebuilding engines and major mechanical components
  • Completing suspension and brake overhauls
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
  • Using modern diagnostic equipment alongside technical workshop manuals
  • Working on both classic and modern Rolls-Royce and Bentley vehicles
  • Completing accurate job cards, timesheets, and workshop documentation
  • Delivering high-quality workmanship within agreed timescales
What we're looking for:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified Vehicle Technician
  • Proven experience rebuilding engines and major mechanical assemblies 
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Basic engineering knowledge
  • Electrical experience desirable
  • Genuine interest in vintage, classic, and modern vehicles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Own tools
  • Full UK Driving Licence with no endorsements
  • Pride in producing work to the highest possible standard
