- Competitive basic salary of £25,000 per annum
- Realistic OTE of £50,000 to £60,000 with uncapped commission

- Monitor market trends and pricing within the performance vehicle sector
- Collaborate with sales teams to maintain an attractive and profitable stock
- Ensure every vehicle purchase aligns with dealership standards and targets
- Previous experience in vehicle buying or sourcing within the motor trade
- Strong knowledge of the prestige and performance vehicle market
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Commercial awareness with an eye for profitable opportunities
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a professional approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Genuine passion for high-end performance and luxury vehicles
