We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Parts Advisor to join a reputable car dealership in Crawley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to become a vital part of a friendly and professional team, ensuring the smooth operation of the parts department. The successful individual will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining efficient stock management.
  • Pay: 32,500 Basic +  Bonuses 
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm + Saturdays on a rota basis

  • Competitive basic salary of £32,500 per annum plus bonuses, with an OTE of approximately £38,500

Duties:
  • Assisting the Parts Manager with daily department responsibilities
  • Providing excellent customer service to both retail and workshop customers
  • Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Reconciling and processing stock orders and returns in a timely manner
  • Completing vehicle health checks for the workshop
  • Ensuring all parts are correctly located and stocked
  • Logging stock discrepancies and liaising with the Parts Manager to resolve issues
  • Maintaining accurate administration records and updating the parts database
  • Supporting the efficient running of the parts department to meet customer expectations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the automotive industry 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Practical knowledge of computer systems and stock control processes
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities and working independently or as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
