  • Salary: Between £15-17.50 per hour, pending. 
  • Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday to Friday (40-hour week).

Our client, a franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealer group with multiple sites nationwide, is looking to hire a Vehicle PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) Technician for their busy Westbury dealership. 
 
Reporting to the Workshop Controller and working as part of a friendly team, as a PDI Technician, you will be responsible for preparing new light commercial and heavy goods vehicles for onward delivery to the customer, ensuring all vehicles are prepared to the highest of standards and may include additional fitment of aftermarket equipment as required by the customer.

To be eligible, you will ideally be qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair; however, our client is very open to considering individuals who are semi-skilled as a Vehicle Technician with no qualifications or are at an improver status. You will need to be a committed individual and a good team player. You must be able to produce high-quality work in a busy workshop environment and be motivated to work towards targets set for your team.
