Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary up to £40,000 for Master Technician and up to £35,000 for Service Technician, with OTE up to £50,000 to £55,000

Duties:
  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues to manufacturer standards
  • Perform routine servicing and maintenance work
  • Use diagnostic equipment to identify faults
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained on all work completed
  • Keep accurate work records and communicate findings effectively
  • Uphold dealership professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements:
  • Experienced Vehicle Technician with a solid background in a professional workshop
  • Equipped with Level 2 qualifications; Level 3 qualification is advantageous
  • Professional workshop experience essential; apprentice-trained individuals considered
  • Comfortably work independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic about developing skills and progressing within the automotive industry
  • Reliable, disciplined, and client-focused
