- Completing complex mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairs
- Diagnosing and resolving technical faults efficiently
- Supporting and mentoring other technicians within the workshop
- Completing warranty repairs and manufacturer campaigns
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Qualified Master Technician with a Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Extensive experience carrying out complex diagnostic and repair work
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to mentor and support other technicians
- Strong team player with a commitment to quality
- Full UK Driving Licence
