Reporting to the Parts Manager and working as part of a friendly team, as a Parts Advisor you will be responsible for:
- Sourcing and supplying vehicle parts for customer and workshop vehicles.
- Identifying and meeting customers’ requirements.
- Greeting customers in the showroom and responding to their requests.
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels.
- Receiving parts into stock.
- Data and document handling.
To be eligible for this role, our client requires recent or current experience working with automotive vehicle parts. Experience in a similar role for a franchise-approved car dealership or within a motor factors would be very beneficial. Overall, you will be IT literate given you will work daily with a dealer management system and an electronic parts catalogue system, hold a UK driving licence with minimal points, and have strong customer service/sales skills with a friendly and charismatic manner.
