Our client, a respected Main Car Dealership, is seeking a dedicated Senior Vehicle Technician to join their skilled and dynamic team. This is a fantastic chance to step into a senior-level role within a reputable dealer group that offers great progression opportunities, a supportive work environment, and exceptional employee benefits.

What We’re Looking For On behalf of our Car Dealership Client We are seeking individuals who meet the following minimum requirements:

Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 2, or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Senior Technician.
  • Main Car Dealership experience is highly desirable, but individuals with strong experience in high-performing Independent Garages will also be considered.
  • Diagnostic and complex repair capabilities are a must.
  • A full, valid UK driving licence.
Skills and Qualities: 
  • Strong leadership abilities and a high level of technical competence.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A team-player mindset, working closely with the Workshop Controller, Parts Department, and other Technicians.
  • Confidence in mentoring junior team members when needed.
  • MOT Testing Qualification (preferred but not essential).
