Join a prestigious brand dealership as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic in Maidstone, Kent. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career with a recognised leader in the automotive industry. You will be working within a professional workshop environment, supporting a dedicated team committed to excellence in customer service and automotive repair.

  • Competitive basic salary ranging from £34,000 to £37,000 depending on experience
  • OTE up to £43,000 with additional earning opportunities through a £3,000 Productivity Bonus and Time Saved Bonus Scheme

  • Monday to Friday working hours 8:30am - 5:00, with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota from 8:30am to 12:30pm
Duties:
  • Carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology
  • Performing servicing in line with manufacturer guidelines and customer requests
  • Conducting additional repairs with customer authorisation
  • Completing warranty repairs according to manufacturer standards
  • Road testing vehicles to ensure faults are rectified
  • Completing all relevant paperwork to a high standard
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification required
  • Prior experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, from dealer groups or independent garages, is preferred
  • Motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work to high standards and deliver excellent customer service
  • Previous experience with a reputable brand is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
