- Scheduling vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs accurately and efficiently
- Managing repair orders with attention to detail and ensuring clear communication with customers throughout the process
- Conducting vehicle check-ins, assessing condition, and recording customer requirements
- Liaising with technicians, workshop controllers, and parts staff to ensure smooth operation
- Obtaining customer approval for additional work and explaining repairs and future maintenance recommendations
- Arranging vehicle collections, deliveries, and handovers professionally
- Reviewing vehicle history and identifying opportunities for preventative maintenance
- Supporting day-to-day service department administration and operational tasks
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership environment, preferably with commercial vehicles
- Excellent communication and customer care skills
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Proficiency in dealership management systems; Kerridge / Keyloop experience is a plus
- Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Knowledge of warranty procedures and dealership processes is desirable
