Duties

Lead and motivate the parts department team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
Develop and implement strategic plans to meet current and future business objectives
Monitor KPIs, analyse trends, address any negative variances promptly
Conduct performance reviews, setting goals and supporting team development
Maintain high standards of customer service, overseeing face-to-face and telephone communication
Ensure the parts department operates efficiently, optimising resource allocation
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business success
Respond swiftly to changing business needs, maintaining agility in service delivery

Candidate spec

Proven experience within the automotive parts industry, ideally as a Parts Manager or Parts Supervisor
Exceptional organisational skills with experience in high-level reporting and data analysis
Strong leadership qualities with an approachable and motivating leadership style
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
