Hours: 47.5 Hours per week 5 days a week over Monday - Saturday - one day off in the week 

Are you a motivated and experienced automotive professional seeking a leadership role within a busy, reputable independent auto centre? We are currently recruiting for a skilled Garage / Branch Manager on behalf of our client in Billingshurst. This is an excellent opportunity to oversee day-to-day operations at a well-established business specialising in tyres, vehicle servicing, repairs, and MOT testing.

  • Competitive basic salary of £38,000 to £42,000 per annum, with potential earning up to £46,000 including monthly bonuses

Duties

  • Taking ownership of customer needs and managing the retail desk effectively
  • Managing up to five tyre and vehicle service technicians
  • Booking jobs, liaising with customers, and maximising sales opportunities
  • Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
  • Responsible for the health and safety of the workplace
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of the branch, including stock management and staff supervision

  • Enthusiastic and experienced automotive professional who is passionate about cars and delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage a team effectively
  • Good technical knowledge of tyres, servicing, and repairs
  • Proven track record in a supervisory role within the automotive sector

  • Ability to multi-task and engage with both staff and customers confidently
