Paint Sprayer Opportunity in Andover 
  • Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum plus performance-related bonuses based upon hours sold (up to £55-60,000 per annum).
  • Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday with optional overtime available.
Our client, an independent automotive vehicle accident repair centre, is currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join their busy centre in Andover. 

Reporting to the Centre Manager and working as part of a friendly team, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing and priming vehicle bodywork to our client and manufacturers' specifications.
  • Mixing and colour-matching, painting all repaired areas to a high standard and polishing as appropriate.
  • Carrying out light cosmetic SMART repairs. 
  • Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping/health and safety standards and orderly administration of your work.
To be eligible, you will need to have at least 3-4 years' experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer. Formal qualifications as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer and an ATA qualification would be desirable; however, our client is willing to consider individuals with extensive "on-the-job" experience who can work to their meticulous standards. Overall, you will have a good eye for detail, be a team player with good communication skills, have an aptitude for multitasking, and have a UK driving licence with minimal points.
