Salary: £32,450 – £40,560 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 39 hours/week

In this hands-on role, you’ll produce precision components and assemblies in a modern workshop environment, working from engineering drawings using traditional manual machining techniques. What You’ll Do:
Operate manual mills, lathes, surface grinders, and perform bench fitting.
Produce and inspect components to tight tolerances.
Support assembly, modification, and quality control processes.
Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
Completed apprenticeship in Toolmaking, General Engineering, or a related discipline.
Solid experience in manual machining and toolroom practices.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and pride in your work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
