Join our client's team as a Sales Executive at their busy dealership in Yeovil, Somerset. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to develop their careers in automotive sales while earning a competitive salary and uncapped commission.

Benefits

Competitive basic salary of £26,000 with an OTE of up to £50,000.00

30 days holiday including Bank Holidays, increasing with service
Workplace discounts for your own vehicle and immediate family
Full-time, permanent position 40 hours per week over 5 days and no Sundays

Duties

Selling new and used vehicles to a diverse customer base
Providing exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships
Demonstrating a high level of product knowledge and technical understanding
Managing customer enquiries efficiently using advanced technology, including online and video presentations
Working towards individual and team sales targets with focus on customer satisfaction

Requirements

Proven ability to drive own performance and meet sales targets
Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong planning and organisational abilities
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Technical knowledge of vehicles is desirable but not essential
Prior sales experience preferred, though not necessarily within the motor trade
