An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workshop Controller to join a busy and successful Accident Repair Centre in Nottingham. This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong workshop background who enjoys coordinating technicians, maximising productivity, and ensuring vehicles are repaired efficiently to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing:
  • Planning and allocating work to Vehicle Technicians
  • Managing workshop productivity and ensuring maximum efficiency
  • Monitoring workloads and ensuring repair deadlines are met
  • Coordinating workshop resources to maintain a smooth workflow
  • Supporting technicians and resolving day-to-day workshop issues
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Working closely with the wider aftersales and bodyshop teams
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience within the motor trade is essential
  • Experience as a Workshop Controller, Senior Technician, or similar workshop leadership role
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK Driving Licence
