We are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Technician to join a reputable dealership in Ashford, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a main dealer background to develop their career within a well-established and growing family-run business.

Benefits: 
  • Competitive basic salary of £30,000 to £32,000 per annum
  • Realistic earning potential with an OTE of up to £34,000
  • Manufacturer training provided
  • Working hours Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00, with no weekends
  • Friendly and professional team environment at multiple locations across Kent, Sussex, and Essex
Duties:
  • Conduct routine servicing and maintenance across multiple vehicle brands.
  • Perform mechanical repairs, including clutch replacements, overhauls, and diagnostics
  • Ensure high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain meticulous records of work carried out
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure smooth workshop operations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Technician within a main dealer environment
  • Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge across various vehicle systems
  • Ability to perform mechanical repairs, including clutch replacements and overhauls
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
