  • Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum, pending experience, plus bonuses earned, providing on-target earnings around £35,000 per annum.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 7:45-5:30pm. No weekends required!

A not-to-miss opportunity for a Service Advisor has become available for our client's franchise-approved car dealership located in Witney. 

Reporting to the Service Manager and working alongside 3 Vehicle Technicians, you will be responsible for managing workloads and customer deadlines by allocating tasks and ensuring our client's customers receive the best experience. You will greet customers in the Service Department, extensively liaise with the workshop to chase work in progress, keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle, and upsell additional products and services where possible.

Do you need previous experience as a Service Advisor? In short, no! 

The successful individual would ideally be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills resulting in total customer satisfaction. Strong organisational skills along with IT literacy (any experience with Keyloop/Autoline preferable) would be of high priority. Recent or current experience as a Service Advisor would be beneficial, but is non-essential provided you have strong customer experience, are IT literate, and have a basic understanding of vehicles. A UK driving licence with minimal points is, however, essential.
