VEHICLE TECHNICIAN – SHREWSBURY
  • Basic: Up to £35,000
  • OTE: £40,000
  • Hours: Monday to Friday | 40 Hours Per Week
Our client, a well-established Main Dealer in Shrewsbury, is looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team offering excellent work-life balance, ongoing training, and no weekend working.

  • Basic salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience.
  • OTE of £40,000.

What you'll be doing:
  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
  • Completing inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance efficiently.
  • Working closely with the workshop team to ensure jobs are completed on time.
  • Maintaining accurate job cards and workshop documentation.
What we're looking for:
  • Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or independent workshop.
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
  • MOT Licence beneficial but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence.
