We are seeking a skilled Motorcycle Technician or an experience car technician to join a Motorcycle MOT and Service Centre within a modern Christchurch, Dorset. This is an excellent chance to be part of a forward-thinking team that values high standards, technical excellence, and a genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles. As a Motorcycle Technician, you will work with the latest diagnostic equipment in a supportive environment, delivering exceptional service and repairs to meet manufacturer standards.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary ranging from £30,000 to £38,000 depending on experience
  • Performance-based bonus of around £300 per month (uncapped)

  • Overtime paid for Saturday working when required

Duties:
  • Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults on motorcycles
  • Carry out advanced diagnostics, repairs, and engine work to manufacturer standards
  • Lead technical investigations and support warranty cases
  • Provide technical support and mentorship to Technicians and Apprentices
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism across all workshop activities
  • Work closely with the management and aftersales teams to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all work complies with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards
Requirements:
  • Qualified Motorcycle Technician or Motorcycle Master Technician or Car Technician
  • Extensive diagnostic and fault-finding experience with motorcycles
  • Full motorcycle licence is essential
  • Commitment to high-quality workmanship and continuous improvement
  • Positive attitude and professionalism in all aspects of work
