Duties:
  • Conduct high-quality panel repairs, replacements, and refinishing to industry standards
  • Work with a variety of vehicles, including LCV, hybrid, and electric models
  • Adhere to workshop safety standards and company procedures
  • Collaborate with a team of technicians, support staff, and administrators
  • Complete repairs within given timeframes while maintaining excellent quality standards
  • Support insurance and OEM partner requirements, including working on complex and high-profile projects
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician, Body Repair Technician or similar
  • Qualified to C&G, NVQ, IMI, or ATA Level 3 in Panel or Body Repair
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Positive team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
