Duties:
  • Carry out comprehensive panel and MET repairs including repairing and replacing full and quarter panels, welding, jig work, and electrical diagnostics
  • Complete repairs from start to finish, ensuring workmanship is of the highest standard
  • Work efficiently within a team-focused workshop environment, adhering to manufacturer standards and safety protocols
  • Diagnose and resolve repair issues promptly to maintain workshop productivity
  • Ensure all vehicle repairs meet quality and safety standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater and MET/Auto Electrician with the ability to repair and replace panels, weld, and perform electrical repairs
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple repairs effectively
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent workmanship standards
  • Hold relevant qualifications such as ATA accreditation or NVQ (desirable, but not essential)
  • Passion for delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and customer satisfaction
